Autonomous cleaning devices for sensors of autostore robots
The present invention relates to a flow device, a cleaning system, an autonomous cleaning container and a kit for easy assembly of the autonomous cleaning container without affecting the Autostore system.
State of the art:
Previous storage systems such as the Autostore system use nozzle systems that require pressurized air lines to clean the robots' sensors.
Description of the invention:
The aim of the present invention is to enable effective cleaning of robot sensors, in particular autostore robot sensors. To this end, the invention comprises a flow device, a cleaning system, an autonomous cleaning container and a system for easy assembly of the autonomous cleaning container without affecting the autostore system.
The flow device is a miniature electric turbine in a housing with an air pressure channel that has an inlet and an outlet. The turbine is operated by the air flow and creates an effective cleaning effect. Installation is simple and does not require any additional software adjustments to the Autostore system.
The cleaning system consists of the flow device, an induction switch and a control box.
The induction switch activates the flow device when a robot comes close to the cleaning container.
The autonomous cleaning container contains the cleaning system and can be easily mounted at a strategic point in the Autostore system.
Installation is carried out using insertion blocks and fasteners without damaging the Autostore system.
Advantages:
The cleaning system and autonomous cleaning container can be powered by standard electricity and do not require a compressed air line. They are easily and safely mounted on an Autostore grid without damaging it and are seamlessly integrated into the existing system.
